Fatherless God by Alexandria Delphia Greene

I often thought / bloodied knees against the coldness of the Earth / begging / forgive me for I

have sinned / my father looking down upon my sinful flesh / I the second child of Mary / kept

secret / God my father / love built from the stones of fear / complex / a God complex he wields /

knife against my flesh / drink the blood of him / his blood mine / daughter of a fatherless father /

the heavens are empty/ and I have no God left to pray to.
